TYPES OF MORTGAGE FINANCING AVAILABLE (For rural and urban property investments)

  • Plot Purchase: For buying plots of land in rural and urban areas countrywide.
  • Plot Purchase and Build: For buying land and construction of residential homes; commercial or commercial-cum-residential investment property.
  • Construction: For building you dream home and/or commercial property
  • Developed Property Purchase: For acquiring your desired residential home; commercial or commercial-cum-residential investment property.
  • Renovation: For refurbishing and revamping your house features.
  • Equity Release: Take up a mortgage by using property you already own as security e.g. your home or a commercial property.

 

CONSTRUCTION FINANCE REQUIREMENTS

  •  Approved Architectural and Structural Drawings (should not be more than 2 years old).
  •  Priced Bill of Quantities or Bills of Quantities for outstanding works where project is complete from a registered quantity surveyor.
  •  NCA Compliance Certificate for the project.
  • Clean Land Title Documents in the developer’s name.
  • Change of User where applicable.
  • Evidence that land rates and rent have been paid up-to-date.
  •  Profiles /CVs of Architect, Quantity Surveyor, Structural Engineer, Contractor including their current registration certificates and practicing licenses.
  • Service contracts with the professionals (as will be advised). Note: for equity release, documentation related to the purpose may be requested.
