- Plot Purchase: For buying plots of land in rural and urban areas countrywide.

CONSTRUCTION FINANCE REQUIREMENTS
- Approved Architectural and Structural Drawings (should not be more than 2 years old).
- Priced Bill of Quantities or Bills of Quantities for outstanding works where project is complete from a registered quantity surveyor.
- NCA Compliance Certificate for the project.
- Clean Land Title Documents in the developer’s name.
- Change of User where applicable.
- Evidence that land rates and rent have been paid up-to-date.
- Profiles /CVs of Architect, Quantity Surveyor, Structural Engineer, Contractor including their current registration certificates and practicing licenses.
- Service contracts with the professionals (as will be advised). Note: for equity release, documentation related to the purpose may be requested.
